Our company was established in 2020 as a subsidiary that Sugi Holdings Co., Ltd. wholly owns, and it is
engaged in the export of drugstore products such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, daily necessities and
foods, as well as a domestic wholesale business. While Japan is full of high-quality products and people
in Japan are healthy both mentally and physically, there are still many wonderful Japanese products and
services which are not available in foreign countries. In Asian countries, which are experiencing rapid
growth, not only do we provide and sell our products, but we also are growing our business, utilizing
knowledge and know-how related to the healthcare business, which we have conducted for over 45 years. Our
Group's “Total Healthcare Strategy” intends to respond to the declining birthrate and aging population
Japanese society faces and to suitably help customers with various health conditions, in terms of health
and medical care, by using the digital technologies that are being created and evolving one after another.
This is the core philosophy that represents our group's mission.
In the future, Asia will experience waves of aging, following Japan. We continue to grow our business
while sharing with our partners in Asia the aging solutions we have cultivated in Japan. Many people in
Asia encounter Japanese products and services, feel moved and happy by using them, and continue to use

B2B: S Trading wholly owns Watanabe Trading, which specializes in pharmaceuticals and exports them to
Asian countries. S Trading also develops original products for each country. Furthermore, S Trading
conducts a retail support business, in which S Trading can assist people in obtaining knowledge of Sugi’s
operations. S Trading can also help local drugstores run their stores, such as how to manage the sales
area and promote their products.
B2C: We are developing cross-border e-commerce business in which we sell wide variety of our products
directly to consumers in foreign countries.
